If selected to receive tickets, you agree not to resell, exchange, or transfer the tickets for commercial gain or any form of compensation. In the event that your organization is selected to receive donated tickets, you agree to be contacted via the provided contact information. The donating entity reserves the right to reject any application, request further information, or revoke ticket allocation at their discretion. You affirm that the information provided in this form is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. You understand and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the donating entity regarding the use and distribution of donated ticket. The completion of this form does not create a legally binding agreement between the submitting organization and the donating entity.
